We want to find new ways of being compassionate, committed and skilful and bring about positive change in our patients and our communities.
We are now in our seventh year of operation and each site has registered around 3000 patients.
All four of our surgeries have now moved into their permanent homes and this brings with it new challenges and opportunities.
Teams are being developed at each site and across sites to share best practice and to learn from each other’s expertise and experiences.
Patient Groups are being developed at each site to help us find the ways that patients would like to get involved in their healthcare and how we can best serve their communities.
We will continue to provide excellent healthcare to our patients and will see nearly 4,000 people join our list and 25,000 people treated as a walk-in patient.
We will train medical students at all our practices. We aim to train doctors training to be GPs.
We want to continue to carry out research and publish evidence about inequality in healthcare so that understanding can be increased and policy influenced.
We want to inspire and teach doctors who are interested in deprivation medicine.
We are working hard to strengthen our governance and board structure.
We want to find new ways of being compassionate, committed and skillful and to bring about positive change in our patients and our communities.
